Day1
Departure



Following our last pickup and brief introduction of the bus, accompanying crew, and itinerary, we leave for our overnight journey. A last stop in the late evening would allow for a brief break to use public facilities and freshen up prior to our nonstop overnight ride to Florence.

Day2
Florence - Rome

Morning arrival to Florence and opportunity for B'fast before taking a city walking tour which will reveal its most famous attractions such as the Academia home of Michelangelo's David, the Duomo, 14th century Palazzo Vecchio located on the Piazza della Signoria square, the Uffizi, the Ponte Vecchio and more. During your leisure time, you may opt to visit these attractions or us the opportunity to shop for Florentine famous leather and gold artifacts.
We continue our journey to Rome for hotel check-in and time at own leisure.

Day3
Pompeii - Capri – Sorrento

Free time at your own leisure or else join us on an most memorable full day tour to Pompeii, one of the world's most amazing archaeological sites, Capri- Scenic Island in Naples Bay and charming Sorrento key place of the Peninsula.
Upon return to Rome we attend midnight Mass at St Peter's Square. (subject to finalized time frame announcement).

Day4
Urbi & Orbi - Rome City Tour - Christmas Dinner

Enjoy the morning exploring Rome, with an opportunity to join Pope Francis for Urbi et Orbi Christmas Day Blessing at Bernini’s St Peter's Square lying in front of the Basilica.
In the afternoon, we embark on our city tour of ancient Rome emphasizing The Roman Forum, The Colosseum, The Arch of Constantine, Circus Maximus and much more.
Time at your own leisure or join us on a Christmas Dinner and a stroll through Rome's most popular piazzas now ornated with beautiful nativities and illuminated fountains dotting the winding streets of the historical city center before leaving for Venice.

Day5
Return Home

Half a day visit of Venice - during the magical time of the year it provides a fantastic opportunity to walk down alleyways alongside canals, observe and feel transported back to another age.
Arrangements can be made for a serenaded and charming gondola ride that provides a very special view of the city and make up for a perfect coronation of our tour (not included)
We will leave Italy with memories that last for a lifetime. The homeward journey is leading us through Switzerland and we will arrive at points of origin late night-early morning!

Florence Orientation Tour
A walking tour aiming to give you an understanding of the ancient city with its magnificent Cathedral, the Duomo, the adjacent Baptisterys' most stunning piazzas, and inspiring churches. The stroll leads us to the Piazza della Signoria, the city's political center, both ancient and modern, and a place from where we spread out for museum visits, shopping, and your own leisure time.

Rome, also known as the Eternal City, is home to some of the world's most historical monuments, art, and architecture. Here you will encounter ancient monuments, medieval and Renaissance buildings and fountains, and great museums. It is the capital of modern Italy and features many fine restaurants and cafes, nightlife, lively streets, and squares. Rome offers attractions for any taste and allows one to enjoy its life by just strolling through the streets.

Rome Dinner & Illumination tour
We start the evening with a traditional Italian meal and music to end the night with a walk through the vibrant streets and squares of the historical center, passing by illuminated Palaces, Monuments, and Fountains. Throw your coin in the Trevi Fountain with the wish to come back to Rome.

Santa Maria del Fiore (also known simply as the Duomo) is the Cathedral of Florence known for its distinctive Renaissance dome. Michaelangelo's David
Michelangelo's David has become one of the most recognized works of Renaissance sculpture as a symbol of strength and youthful beauty. The colossal size of the statue alone impressed Michelangelo's contemporaries. Also in the details, such as the slingshot he carries on his shoulder, has its very own meaning.

Rome City Tour

Forum Romanum
The Roman Forum began as a marketplace but became Rome's economic, political, and religious hub, as well as a town square and center today. The forum can look like a disorderly collection of ruins, but the Roman Empire comes back to life with some imagination and our guide's help.

Christmas Day Blessing
Seeing the Pope bless pilgrims from the central balcony of St. Peter's Basilica at the Vatican every Dec. 25 during his Christmas Day blessing, "Urbi et orbi," is a matchless experience.
