Active-Duty/ dependents, DOD ID Holders personnel are required to follow FCG/APACS requirements before booking any foreign country trip.

(The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program) registration. It is highly advised to register with STEP before any travel at the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (state.gov)
